Kenneth's Piennolo is an OP Piennolo-Del-Vesuvio type of tomato selected by Kenneth Nilsson. A small-fruited variety produced on indeterminate potato-leaf plants. Sweet with great depth of flavor, and with firmness and long shelf-life.
Fruit produced approximately 65 days after transplant. Plants can be spindly/wispy but are deceptively productive. Does not seem to like extreme heat. Can be eaten fresh and cooked. Great in salads and in pasta dishes.
